Auction Rules

1. One bid per item per call. If the bell sounds and closes off a lot while a bidder is on the phone

     in the process of bidding, the bid will be accepted. New phone calls are not accepted for lots

     that have been closed by the sounding of the bell.

2. Callers may bid on multiple items, but only one bid per item.

3. Minimum bids in five ($5) dollar increments

4. Only successful bidders will be notified by telephone and told when and where to pickup their

     item. You must answer our return call to confirm you are the successful bidder. Successful

     bidders  will be called back within one hour or less of the closing of each bid lot.

5. If two bids are identical, the winning bid will be the earliest bid placed for that item,

     so to help you win, bid early, bid high and bid often.

6. Payment is due upon pickup of item(s). Payment and pick up location is not at Delta Cable

    Studios. Successful bidders will be advised of the location.

7. Payment can be made by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard

1. Dial the Live Auction telephone number.

2. When the operator answers state the lot number you want to bid on.

3. State the amount of your bid.

4. All bids are in minimum five ($5) dollar increments except the Diamond Lot

    where the increment is fifty ($50) dollars. Make you bid count as the phones

    do get busy as the time runs out on each lot.

5. Give  your bidders number to the operator if you have pre-registered.

    If you did not pre-register clearly state your name and the telephone number

     you can be reached at should yours be the successful bid.

6. Only successful bidders will be notified by telephone.

7. Payment is due upon pickup of item(s).

8. Payment can be made by cash, Visa or MasterCard
